BONDERITE® S-FN 310 is a powerful dry-film solution for longterm protection in a wide range of applications. BONDERITE®S-FN 310 is provided as a two-part system, that is mixed upon timeof application – slowly add component “A” to component “B” withcontinuous stirring for homogeneity.
The mixed BONDERITE® S-FN 310 solution is then sprayed onto thesurface in a thickness between 0.2 - 0.7 mils, or 4 – 6 passes withthe spray nozzle. The shelf life of the prepared mixture is24 hours.
Once the coating is applied, allow the surface to dry (5-10minutes) before loading into curing oven. The most popularcuring cycles and temperatures based on an average coating of0.0003 inch and are listed below:
60 minutes at 300°F (149°C)
10 minutes at 350°F (177°C)
8 minutes at 400°F (204°C)
4 minutes at 500°F (149°C)
