FRAGOLTHERM® X-160-A isa heat transfer fluid based on polydimethylsiloxane that is used inbaths for a temperature range of 0 °C to 180 °C and in other opensystems with contact with the atmosphere at temperatures up to 230°C. The product can even be used up to 280 °C in closed systemsunder the exclusion of oxygen. The maximum permissible filmtemperature is 290 °C.
